I am an Illustration graduate and I worked for an academic publisher for many years before discovering my true passion: teaching children in their early years. I strengthened my skills to work with young children completing my Early Years Teacher qualification in 2021.
My family’s passions for books, travel and nature have given me a broad and varied experience of the world, which I feel passionate about sharing with others. Brightwell has been my family home for over 10 years; my own children have flourished in this wonderful village too. I have been lucky enough to work with families at Brightwell Preschool for the last 12 years and help their children blossom into happy, resilient and kind citizens.
What I love about Brightwell Preschool is that we use this beautiful village to our advantage, exploring the seasons in our natural surroundings in rain or shine! I feel proud watching the children grow in confidence outside as we make new discoveries together.
